done so, destroy all copies of the downloaded software now.
- Print a completed copy of the

Software Property Destruction Form. This form is
required because you gained access to the software after
ordering it.
- You must fill in ALL fields and blanks including
the order number, name, email address and reason for return.

- Sign the letter. If it is not signed, it cannot
be accepted.

Return Hardware or Shipped Products:
ATTENTION: IDAutomation cannot issue a return for
any product that is not defective. Once a product has
been opened, it is considered "used" by the manufacturer and
is not resalable. If our Distribution Center finds an item that
is not defective when their testing has been completed,
the product will be returned to you and no refund will be

NOTE: There are no returns, exchanges or
refunds of labels or ribbons for any of the printers that
IDAutomation offers.
- ALL COSTS FOR SHIPPING RETURNS WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY
OF THE CUSTOMER.
- All items returned must be sent with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
It is imperative to be able to confirm your return with
a Tracking Number (such as FedEx or UPS) or Return Receipt
(such as the USPS).
- Shipped products must be returned UNDAMAGED in
original shipping containers and packaging. The item will
be returned if it is missing parts, manuals or is not in
original packaging.
- If our Distribution Center finds an item that is
not defective when their testing has been completed,
is missing parts or is not in the original packaging,
the product will be returned to you and no refund will be
issued.
- Hardware product returns must be received within the
first 30 days, except for all Symbol Products,
which need to be returned in 15 days. After the
return period has expired, you must contact the manufacturer
of the product for the manufacturer's warranty.
- After submitting your request for a return, you will
receive a response from us within 3 working days.
- Please do not send Hardware Returns to IDAutomation.com
directly. The hardware return address will be sent to
you with the RMA.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs
when returning products.
Return Instructions:
- Send an email to
for an RMA.
Please include the following in your correspondence:
- your full name
- your order number
- the product name(s) and quantity being
returned
- the date of purchase
- the price of the purchase
- state whether the product is UNOPENED
or defective.
- the reason for your return
- Upon approval, we will respond with your RMA number
and the address to ship the product(s) back to. Please
do not send Hardware Returns to IDAutomation.com directly.
The hardware return address will be sent to you
with your RMA.
- Immediately ship the product to the address given.
It must be received within 30 days of your purchase for
credit to be given. Remember, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE
FOR ALL COSTS (shipping, taxes, tariffs, etc.) on return
items. In addition, all items returned must be sent with
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. RMA numbers are only
valid for 30 days and products received with an expired
or invalid RMA number will be returned.
- Once the product is received and confirmed UNOPENED
or defective, your order will be refunded.
- There may be a restocking fee accessed depending on
the condition of the product when returned.
NOTE: There are no returns, exchanges or refunds
for any of the labels or ribbons for any of the printers that
we resell.
Limitation of Liability on Hardware
This limitation of hardware liability is necessary because
IDAutomation is a reseller of hardware and does not directly
manufacture any hardware devices. The entire limitation of liability
(including attorney’s fees, if any) under this policy and/or
the limited hardware warranty, if any, is 3 times the original
purchase price of the product (excluding any tax, shipping and
additional charges) at the time of purchase from IDAutomation
or the authorized affiliate or reseller. This amount should
be adequate to redirect any claims to the proper manufacturer,
however, it should be understood that all intellectual property
claims and all other claims relating to the hardware itself
are not directly the responsibility of IDAutomation but rather
only the manufacturer.
IDAUTOMATION, OUR RESELLERS AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR
POTENTIAL PROFITS, LOSS OF SAVINGS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS
OF BUSINESS OR GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITIES,
OR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY EQUIPMENT, COST OF CAPITAL,
COST OF SUBSTITUTE OR REPLACEMENT PRODUCT, EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES
OR SERVICES, DOWN TIME, YOUR TIME, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF
ACTION, ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIMS, AND ANY INJURY TO PROPERTY OR
BODILY INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) TO ANY PERSON, ARISING FROM
OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT
OR ARISING FROM BREACH OF THE WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT,
NEGLIGENCE, TORT, OR STRICT LIABILITY, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH LOSS
OR DAMAGE WAS FORESEEABLE, EVEN IF WE OR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATED
COMPANIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
